Kyoko came to Florida, to learn, and improve her endurance
skills, at the Vinton Valley Endurance Ranch. She helped feed
the horses (and other numerous animals), and helped condition
all the horses. This gave her the experience she needed to
compete on any of them. Kyoko was keen, fit, athletic and
ready to start what she came here to do.
Kyoko accomplished her first 3 Novice 50mile rides (on Teese
(Gator Run I), JS Sedona Sun (Gator Run III), and JS Sedona Sun
(Gallop on the Greenway) (all in January 09)
and then, accomplished her first FEI 50 at the March '09 FITS
ride on JS Sedona Sun. Home to Japan she went -- victorious!
Excited and wanting more, she came back in May, and attempted
the FEI 75 at the Biltmore Challenge, NC on "Teese". Victory
again.
Willing to continue her great success, Kyoko came back again,
this time to Ontario, Canada. She rode "Adida" in the Ontario
FEI Provincial Championships -- attaining a FEI 7th place
finish. Another FEI 75!!!
We'll have to watch and see what Kyoko does next, as she gets
ever closer to qualifying for the KY Worlds 2010!
Congratulations Kyoko, on all your hard work and great success.
Keep it up!
